1.2 Partial Refunds

A partial refund may be considered if:

    • You cancel the project after work has started, but before completion. The refund amount will depend on the percentage of work completed.

    • The final design does not meet agreed-upon specifications despite multiple revisions, and a mutual agreement on a resolution cannot be reached.

1.3 Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided if:

    • The project has been fully completed and delivered to the client.

    • You have approved the design and requested final files.

    • The dissatisfaction is due to subjective preferences after the design has been completed as per the original brief.

    • A delay is caused by the client’s failure to provide necessary information, feedback, or approvals on time.

    • The issue arises due to third-party software, printing errors, or modifications made by another designer after project delivery.

3. Revisions & Modifications

Instead of refunds, we encourage clients to request revisions to their project. We offer a certain number of free revisions (as agreed upon before the project begins). Additional revisions may incur extra costs.
